Michelin have developed the XAS-FF as a motorsport-focused tyre for classic circuit, rally and hill climb use.
The tyre uses an asymmetrical tread sculpture and a special Formule France tread mix developed for racing applications.
XAS-FF tyres are available in a range of motorsport passenger car fitments.
Formule France tread mix
The XAS-FF uses Michelin’s Formule France tread mix, developed for racing use. This compound is designed to support adhesion during circuit, rally and hill climb driving.
Asymmetrical tread sculpture
The tyre features an asymmetrical tread sculpture to support stability and road holding. This layout helps manage the tyre’s contact with the road when cornering.
Track and rally grip
The XAS-FF is designed to provide adherence for track and rally applications. Its tread mix and pattern work together to support grip and cornering stability in motorsport use.
