The Michelin Pilot Super Sport that has been developed in conjunction with teams from Porsche, BMW and Ferrari.

Michelin have designed the Pilot Super Sport with a unique dual compound technology that utilises the characteristics of different rubber compounds between the inner and outer sections of the tread.

The outside of the tyre features a carbon black reinforced compound derived from Michelin's experiences at Le Mans 24, whilst the inside of the tyre uses a compound combination of the latest generation in elastomers to deliver exceptional wet grip.

The Michelin Pilot Super Sport has been designed to provide motorists with high performance and safety in even the most demanding conditions. The tyre delivers exceptionally well in dry weather, with responsive handling and strong levels of traction.

Pilot Super Sport tyres are available in 18 inch, 19 inch, 20 inch, 21 inch and 22 inch rim tyre sizes.

Precision Steering

Michelin have used the knowledge gained from countless years producing tyres for motorsport to deliver a UHP car tyre which delivers an excellent handling performance.

The use of 'Variable Contact Patch 2.0' technology works to maximise the contact the tyre has with the road. Which, alongside the use of 'Twaron Belt' helps to distribute the forces of tension and grip evenly throughout the surface of the tyre.
