Michelin have developed the Pilot Exalto PE2 as an entry-level ultra-high-performance summer tyre focused on street driving and responsive handling for small sporty cars. Its design and architecture are inspired by Michelin's World Rally Championship (WRC) tyre work. 

Available in a 14 inch and 16 inch rim sizes for small sporty cars.

WRC-Inspired Tread Design

The tyre uses a WRC-inspired tread design and overall architecture developed to prioritise handling precision. Those design choices help produce a more responsive contact patch and more predictable tyre behaviour under steering inputs. The result is crisper handling during dynamic driving.

Balanced Wet and Dry Traction

The Pilot Exalto PE2 is engineered to perform in both wet and dry conditions. With a tread layout and construction aimed at consistent grip. This balance helps maintain traction in varying road conditions while supporting stable vehicle control. 

Enhanced Steering Response 

Targeted at small sporty cars using low-profile tyres, the tyre’s construction emphasises steering feel and responsiveness.
