Michelin have developed the Commander II as a cruiser tyre for V-twin cruisers, setting a standard in cruiser-tyre longevity without compromising handling and stability.

Available in bias and radial construction, it was original equipment on the Indian Chief Blackhawk.

Commander II tyres are available in front and rear fitments for V-twin cruiser motorcycles, in bias and radial construction.

Long Mileage

A rubber compound formulated without aromatic oils, combined with aramid tread plies that resist centrifugal growth, gives the tyre dramatically extended mileage. Michelin states it provides nearly twice the mileage of competitive cruiser tyres. 

Handling and Stability

Amplified Density Technology - a rigid, high-density carcass that delivers excellent manoeuvrability and rider feedback. This keeps a heavy V-twin responsive.

Wet Grip and Style

Longitudinal grooves in the tread pattern provide impressive water dispersal for enhanced grip in the wet, while a radically different tread and premium sidewall treatment give the tyre head-turning cruiser looks.
