KingTyre have developed the K97 Classic Racing as a road-legal racing motorcycle tyre designed for classic competition machines. The soft compound is engineered to deliver increased grip for demanding track conditions where higher traction is required. 

K97 Classic Racing tyres are available in sizes covering most 250cc to 500cc classic race bikes.

High Grip Soft Race Compound

The soft compound is formulated to provide increased mechanical grip during aggressive riding on circuit. It is designed to reach operating temperature efficiently and deliver strong traction during cornering and acceleration. 

Race Derived Compound Technology

The compound technology is developed from KingTyre’s modern racing tyres, including the K00 Slick and K06 Supersport. This race-based formulation helps maintain stable performance under the loads generated during track riding. 

Zero Degree Steel Belt

A Zero Degree steel belt construction improves stability at the high speeds experienced on circuit. This structure helps maintain a consistent contact patch during braking, acceleration and cornering.
