Asymmetric Tread Design

Dunlop designed the SP Sport Maxx GT with an innovative asymmetric tread design. The tyre features a large outer shoulder block to help keep the tyre stable when in dry conditions and aid in the reduction of aquaplaning when driving in the rain. The shoulder block also works to maintain the tyre's outstanding performance when cornering at high speeds.

Solid Grip & Control

The Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT has been constructed with a bead seat system that aids in strengthening the bond between the tyre's tread and rim - ensuring grip is solid and steering controlled. Dunlop have utilised nanoparticles of racing carbon in the tyre's tread compound which are also combined with resin and plymers to deliver excellent traction no matter the weather conditions.
