Dunlop have developed the Grandtrek AT5 as an all-terrain tyre for SUV and 4x4 drivers who need on-road performance with added capability for off-road driving.
It uses connected tread blocks, larger block elements and stone ejectors to support wet grip, handling and durability.
Grandtrek AT5 tyres are available in sizes from 16" to 20".
The tread uses long connected blocks to increase the tyre’s contact area with the road. This supports wet grip and helps maintain stable contact during daily driving.
Larger tread blocks are used to improve straight-line handling and cornering performance. Their structure helps the tyre remain stable on road while retaining the tread strength needed for all-terrain use.
Stone ejectors are positioned within the rugged tread design to help remove trapped stones. This reduces the risk of stone damage and supports durability when driving on loose or uneven surfaces.
