Continental have developed the WinterContact TS860 S as a winter tyre for high-performance cars. Engineered for short braking distances and precise handling. It was developed with performance-car original-equipment applications in mind. This version features ContiSilent technology for particularly quiet running.
WinterContact TS860 S tyres are available in 18 inch, 19 inch, 20 inch and 21 inch rim tyre sizes.
Winter and Snow Grip
A cold-weather compound stays flexible in low temperatures so braking and traction remain consistent as the mercury drops. A directional tread packed with grooves and traction sipes interlocks with snow, giving the tyre the bite for driving on wintry roads.
Dry Handling and Wet Braking
Stiff, broad shoulder blocks deliver maximum grip for a precise steering response. A wide central braking groove offers a large surface to build grip and clear water and slush, helping shorten braking distances.
ContiSilent Quiet Running
ContiSilent bonds a layer of polyurethane foam to the inner liner of the tyre, absorbing the vibrations that generate cavity noise.
