The Continental Sport Contact 6 is a high performance tyre, developed for fitment on sports and high performance cars.

The tread pattern of the Sport Contac 6 features a technique Continental call force vectoring. This unique design consists of stiff central ribs and asymmetric concave longitudinal grooves.

Sport Contact 6 tyres are available in 18 inch, 19 inch, 20 inch, 21 inch, 22 inch, 23 inch, and 24 inch rim tyre sizes.

Black Chili Compound

Continental have constructed the Sport Contact 6 with their Black Chili compound to deliver superior grip—for increased control and reliable braking.

Aralon350 Technology

The tyre features adaptive hybrid cap ply for maximum high speed safety. Including better acceleration and shorter braking distances at high and low temperatures.

Tyres perform well in all conditions, but particularly in the dry. Mileage from my previous set was 27k with fairly conservative driving, so good longevity/wear rate. Lost a star on my rating due to the price (being BMW star rated they are more expensive than the non-star rated version). They could also perform a little better when aquaplaning on a motorway. I'll continue to use these whilst my car is still under manufacturers warranty, then I will consider changing to the newer SportContact 7's

I bought these tyres to replace the OEM Bridgestone Potenzas. The Bridgestones lasted 16K but sadly the Continentals have only done 10K and are ready to be replaced again. These are mainly commuting driving, dual carriageways and urban. Thought they would last longer than that. They perform well in wet and performed pretty well even in snowy conditions but I won't buy them again.
