Continental ProContact RX

Continental ProContact RX product description & features

• Steering response
• Ride refinement
• Wet-road traction

If you’re in need of sharp steering response, then the Continental ProContact RX is for you.

Boasting ContiSilent noise reduction on select sizes and a tread tuned for wet and dry conditions, the ProContact RX also delivers a refined, quiet ride and dependable grip on rain-soaked roads.

Continental ProContact RX tyres are available in a select range of original-equipment rim sizes.

Vehicle-specific OE tuning

Continental developed the ProContact RX as an original-equipment tyre, tuning it with vehicle manufacturers for responsive handling and precise steering on the models it is fitted to as standard.

ContiSilent noise absorber

Select sizes of the ProContact RX carry ContiSilent – a polyurethane foam layer bonded to the inner liner that Continental say cuts interior noise by up to 9 dB(A), depending on the vehicle, its speed and the road surface. Check your size listing to confirm whether it is included.

M+S-marked touring tread

Continental have optimised the ProContact RX’s tread for traction in both wet and dry conditions. It carries the M+S marking, though in the UK it is sold as a touring tyre rather than an all-season one.

The Continental ProContact RX is currently manufactured in one variant:

• Passenger car

Please note: before you select your tyres, check that the tyre size you intend to buy matches your vehicle type.
