Continental has developed the PremiumContact 5 SUV to provide motorists with a high-end performance when it comes to key performance criteria.
The tyre has been designed to deliver shorter braking distances, precise handling, and a comfortable, fuel-efficient driving experience for medium-sized and luxury SUVs.

PremiumContact 5 SUV tyres are available in 17 inch rim tyre sizes.

Braking-Optimised Silica Compound

This tread compound grips the road in both wet and dry conditions, helping to reduce stopping distances and keep drivers safe.

Asymmetric Tread Pattern

This stiffens the tyre shoulder and provides optimum road contact. The increased number of tread blocks and open inner shoulder helps disperse water more efficiently, while the round shape of the contact patch gives excellent protection against aquaplaning.

3D Tread Edges

These increase contact with the road, optimising braking performance in both wet and dry conditions and ensuring even pressure distribution for very short braking distances.
