Bridgestone have developed the Battlax Racing V02 as their flagship track-ready racing slick. An evolution of the V01 that uses MotoGP-derived designs. A full slick, it is not road-legal and is intended purely for track days and racing. This is the Medium compound.
Battlax Racing V02 Slick (Medium) tyres are available in 17-inch front and rear fitments for track and racing use, and are not for highway use.
MotoGP-Derived Grip
A MotoGP-derived GP-Belt design optimises the tyre's contact area and increases the pressure it exerts on the asphalt, producing more grip - especially coming out of corners.
Medium Compound and Contact
A completely treadless slick surface maximises the contact patch for outright grip, while the Medium compound delivers abrasion resistance and temperature stability.
Warm-Up and Tyre Life
The compound offers strong warm-up performance and a safe contact feel across the temperature range, while its wear-resistant construction lets riders keep booking fast lap times for longer.
