Product description & features

  • Ensured year-round traction
  • Strong wet braking and water evacuation
  • Even wear and long-lasting performance

Designed for drivers who face varying weather conditions, the Avon AS7 combines innovative compound technology with a stable tread design for dependable performance across changing seasons.

This all-season tyre is available in 14-inch to 19-inch rim sized tyres.

All-Season Grip and Versatility

The AS7 uses the latest silica and resin compound, allowing it to perform reliably across a wide range of temperatures.

Whether it's warm and dry or cold and damp, the tyre maintains traction for safe, all-season driving.

Wet Weather Safety

Lateral 3D siping and carefully placed grooves ensure rapid water evacuation from the tread surface.

This improves wet braking performance and reduces the risk of aquaplaning, earning the AS7 a strong EU Grade B wet grip rating.

Avon AS7 Tyre Variants

The Avon AS7 is currently manufactured in 1 variant of tyre:

  • Passenger car tyres

Please note: before you select your tyres, ensure that the tyre size you intend to order is the correct variant and matches your vehicle type.

Last winter, i was among the few to drive from Redditch to Longbridge during the snow storm, easily passing higher value cars/tesla, mercedes that were struggling in the fresh snow, even on the slightest incline. Great grii in the wet and snow, and quiet in the dry. Really good tyres for the price, given that on our other car we have Michellin Crossclimate, and barely any difference

The Avon's perform really well. I live out in the sticks and needed tyres for mud, floods, snow, etc on rough country lanes and farm tracks plus of course motorway driving. Eight months on and to be honest I can see no discernable wear as yet.

Perfect, low Road noise, feels very safe on the road in all seasons of the year and grips well on fast corners at speed Only draw back the tyres collect loose gravel on unmade driveways!! Can be annoying until the gravel manages to remove it self (clicking noise until about two miles of driving) otherwise a good tyre

These are all-season tyres; I have only driven the car during one season with these tyres, and I can't say anything other than that the vehicle remains fully functional. As it is a two-and-a-quarter tonne, 15 year old Volvo SUV, based on a design that must be 25 years old, it is hardly the height of performance, so I have noticed no difference in how the car drives. Is that a recommendation?..... I think so!

They have handled all weather conditions really well especially in the recent heavy snowfall here in Scotland - fuel economy also seems good.

Iā€™m fairly particular about the tyres on my car. I need safety and longevity, these tyres do all of that. The Avon tyres I have fitted give me confidence in ALL conditions, they keep the car stable in the wet or dry. They keep the car safe under braking and give me confidence when cornering. I want to arrive safely at my destination and those tyres ensure that I do. After a year of service there is little or no evidence of wear. Tyres are important to me and the manner in which they work on my car that I have so much confidence in them that I never have to even think about them or the job they do.
