Arrived at 9:10 didnt get completed until 10:45. Told them at the start it was the rear tyres that needed changing, the fitter removed the front wheels instead, then asked which tyres was it. He had to put the front wheels back on then started changing the rear tyres. Im pleased with the new tyres, but wouldnt go back to the same garage

My vehicle was booked in for 9am when I arrived I was told there was 4 vehicles before mine. The garage said ir would be ready at 11am. On returning just after 11 my car had not moved I was told it would be next. Finally at 12.10 it was ready.

I had to wait 1 hour before my car was attended too even though it was booked at a specific time. There was no temporary seat covers used by the operative who changed the tyre.

Just giving a time of AM and PM doesnt really work I chose an AM time slot but when I arrived I was told I would have to leave my car. I then got a call two hours later to say my car was ready for two tyres.
