Avon knows that the life of a van can be a hard one, and so specially designed the Avon AV9 to cope with harsh treatment. It has a reinforced carcass construction to enable the carrying of heavy loads, as well as a very robust rubber compound on the sidewall to help minimize the sort of kerbing damage that is inevitable when driving a van. It also has a tread pattern designed to efficiently channel water away from under the patch area and tread rubber compounds that successfully merge the need for good wet weather road holding with long life.
