Responsibilities and objectives

To create and manage the promotion of Blackcircles content both on and off the owned website including all social channels. Undertaking research, writing copy, sourcing of partnership prospects, contacting and relationship management.

Social responsibility:

• Lead all social activity, with support from Campaigns Manager
• Build, manage and maintain yearly social calendars for internal & clients
• Work with wider team to ensure nothing relevant is missed
• Work with external stakeholders on collaborative campaigns
• Ensure social activity is a part of every campaign

Content production:

• Suggest content types to help deliver our own & client’s campaign targets
• Define new and creative ideas to help customers find the best products to suit their needs
• Support Marketing Team on content production
• Gather approval and feedback
• Deliver work to internal or client stakeholders
• Maintain quality control throughout the process

Outreach activity:

To build and develop strong, long term relationships with a range of individuals, organisations and industries.

• Create, manage & review outreach campaigns
• Source, vet & contact those who relate to specific outreach campaigns
• Monitor and report performance against agreed deliverables and targets
• Report on overall success of outreach campaigns
• Create processes for new tactics
• Ensure project plans and audit trails are properly maintained
• Communicate and report on activities to clients where appropriate

Key Personal Criteria

• Previous experience in Marketing Campaign ideation, creation, delivery, etc.
• Proven experience in a digital role is desirable
• Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing or related discipline but not a prerequisite
• A high level of attention to quality, detail and accuracy is required
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Confident to work from own initiative
• Proactive attitude
• Track record of day-to-day delivery capability in a fast paced and autonomous environment. (B2C experience would therefore be advantageous but is not a prerequisite)
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and prioritise workflows when ad hoc tasks are introduced
