Tyre variants
Car tyres: These tyres have been specifically designed for fitment and use on cars.
Run-flat tyres: These have heavily reinforced sidewalls and are designed to carry on performing after a tyre suffers a puncture. Run-flats are designed to run for short distances and should be replaced as soon as possible.
Extra Load or Reinforced tyres: These tyres are designed with a stronger sidewall, making them capable of handling more weight than your average tyre. Typically, they are classified by the letters 'XL' on the sidewall.
