Developed by Kumho, the Ecsta Le Sport KU39 high performance tyre is ideal for mid-class and executive vehicles as well as sports cars.

The Ecsta Le Sport KU39 was designed with a "in-out" tread pattern, which ensures that any surface water is removed from the path of the tyre quickly to reduce the risk of aquaplaning.

The tyre's carcass construction has been optimised to ensure that the tyre remains stable when travelling at high speeds - delivering a comfortable and controlled driving experience.

I only had the tyres fitted for about 6 months before I sold the car so I can’t really give it a “full” review. However the initial feeling was the tyres felt quite compared to the previous tyre which were a premium brand but can’t remember. As I only do weekend driving I only do normally 3000/4000 miles a year but in the time I had the car I used them in cold and hot conditions and round town and motorways were they felt ok and quite quiet. However if you pushed the car it did under steer but we’re talking a family car no nothing to worry about. Would I buy again yes but not on a sports car

The tyres are good. However their sidewalls are too soft for the recommended pressures for my car. The car recommended pressures on these tyres introduced understeer at all speeds but most noticeable at low speeds. It also made the steering super slow to respond. This was fixed by upping the pressures in my case by 4 psi. The pros of the tyre however is that they feel safe after increasing the pressures; they are quiet; and they look good. I would recommend these tyres if they are on offer.
