Graeme Bissett was a senior partner with Arthur Andersen before becoming Group Director of Finance at Kwik-Fit Holdings plc from 1998-2001. He is currently providing consultancy services and non-executive roles to a number of private and listed companies including Macfarlane Group plc, the listed packaging group. Graeme is a member of Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and Chair of the children’s welfare charity Children 1st.
Sir Terry Leahy
Sir Terry is one of the UK’s most celebrated business leaders. He turned Tesco from an unfashionable home-grown supermarket chain with sales of c. £15bn into a global retailer with sales of £62bn in 14 years. Terry was recognized by the Wall Street Journal and CNBC as European Business Leader of the Year (2005) and named European Businessman of the Year by Fortune (2004).
David Jeanes, a former Kwik-Fit Director, first joined Blackcircles.com in 2007 as Commercial Director heading up their commercial functions at a time of rapid expansion. In 2010 David became a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 20 years retail trading experience to the Blackcircles.com boardroom. David has also held senior procurement roles with Tesco, Safeway, the Kingfisher Group and DHL.

Michael is one of the leading entrepreneurs of his generation and has been voted both Shell and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Founder and MD of Blackcircles.com, Michael has spent 12 years in the tyre industry in varied roles including E-commerce Director for Kwik-Fit Group.
Director of Franchise & Network Development
Charlie has 30 years retail & franchise experience gained in a variety of businesses including Esso Petroleum and Venture UK. Latterly he was MD of Farmer Autocare where he led the network’s introduction across Scotland. Charlie has also worked in franchise consultancy and holds NXD roles.
Graeme was a Technical Designer at Scottish Life for over 12 years before joining Blackcircles.com. With over 20 years IT experience at major financial institutions, such as Royal London and Nat West, Graeme relished the opportunity of moving into the retail sector and helping Blackcircles.com to continue its impressive growth.
Head of Business Performance
Before joining Blackcircles.com in 2008, James worked for Profit Improvement Consultants – Profit Focus Group, as a Consultant Analyst. Previous roles at G-West, the UK’s leading Golf Wholesaler, involved logistics management, purchasing and range management of brands such as Fila Golf and Nicklaus.
Head of Finance
Lynne, a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, was previously a Senior Management Accountant for Lloyds TSB prior to joining Blackcircles.com. Highly experienced, with over 10 years working in Public Practice, Lynne heads up the busy Blackcircles.com finance team.
Head of Trading
Jamie is a highly experienced tyre industry professional, having spent 9 years prior to joining Blackcircles.com working in various Supply Chain and Purchasing roles at Kwik Fit. Jamie originally joined the company in 2011 as Buying Manager and has since worked his way up to the company’s Head of Trading.
General Manager Blackcircles Pit Stop
Before joining Blackcircles.com in 2013, Scott worked for Pirelli in various Sales and Account Management roles. Achievements included Salesman of the year. Following this, Scott joined BP and worked in Territory Management & National Accounts, Strategic Account Management & Dealer Acquisitions. Scott was also a member of the Spotlight program for high potentials. Outside of work, Scott is UEFA Qualified Football Coach. Scott now heads up the Pitstop business leading the strategic development, operations & roll out of Pitstop locations at Tesco.
