We have a strict vetting procedure for garages joining our network, and only those that meet our high service standards - as well as those of our servicing partner Unipart - are permitted to service cars, or fit tyres to our customer's vehicles.
Service centres are required to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high levels of workmanship, value for money and customer satisfaction prior to their acceptance as a Blackcircles.com servicing partner.
Once part of the network each service centre is visited and audited regularly by both Blackcircles.com and Unipart. This is to ensure that they still comply to our high standards.
The service centre audit includes:
Premises - The workshop, reception and customer areas are clean and tidy with signage well maintained and up to date.
Equipment - Service centres should have a minium of two working bays, at least with a ramp or lift and have use of all the necessary equipment required.
Qualifications - All senior technicians must hold a current qualification to ATA or equivalent standard. Service centres must be registered for and comply with the standards as set in the the Motor Industry Codes of Practice.
