Fiat Punto – Tyre Option, 185/60 14 , Pirelli 6000

The Fiat punto is an excellent small family car that provides lashings of space at an affordable price. The vehicle is a town car and as such the tyres are designed to provide a smooth ride with little road noise. Alternative tyres for this car are the Continental Eco Contact or the Dunlop SP2000. These tyres are designed to make driving a smooth effortless affair, yet still offer high levels of grip when required.

Fiat Panda – Tyre Option, 155/80 13, Goodyear GT2

This city runabout has benefited greatly from its recent face lift. Its main purpose is still however to move within a city or town environment and as such the tyres play a large part in setting the quality of the ride. Alternatives for this car could be the Continental Eco Contact 3 or the Pirelli P3000. These tyres will provide the right balance between ride quality and grip levels for the smaller vehicle.

Fiat Stilo – Tyre Option, 195/65 15, Michelin E3A

The Stilo is a larger member of the Fiat family so is suited to longer journeys  but will still spend a vast majority of its life inside the urban environment. So alternative tyres for this vehicle must still provide a quiet comfortable ride but have good handling and grip characteristics. The Pirelli P6000 Powergy has an excellent life span and improved wear characteristics on the shoulders to improve comfort and road noise. Also the Continental Premium Contact 2 would be a choice well worth considering for this vehicle.
