How does buying from Blackcircles.com work?

Selecting Your New Tyres

When you visit the Blackcircles.com website, you will need to carry out a tyre search by entering your registration number into the appropriate field on our search tool, or your tyre size in the tyre size tab.

When entering your registration number, our system will check this against a database to find your car make and model and return which tyre size your vehicle requires.

At this stage, it is recommended that you double check the information is correct against the information in your vehicle handbook.

Once we know the required tyre size, you will be presented with all the tyres we currently stock in that size. Including Budget, Mid Range and Premium options.

Our specially designed search results page allows you to see all the relevant information of each tyre.

Booking Your Fitting Appointment.

Once have your new tyres selected, you can choose which garage you would like the fitting to take place at. You are also free to select what date and time is most convenient for you.

Blackcircles.com works with over over 2,200 garages throughout the UK. Over 94% of the UK’s population is within an eleven minute drive of their nearest Blackcircles.com fitting centre.

Confirming Your Order

With your tyre and garage selected, you can confirm all the details at the basket section of Blackcircles.com. Here you have the chance to view the order, making sure everything is as it should be.

At this point in the order process you also have the option to choose the pay4later option. With this, you can spread the cost of your tyres over 12 months, making regular monthly payments.

Enter Payment Information

If you are happy that everything is correct, you will be invited to enter your personal and banking information. This is a standard form.

Keeping You Informed

Once your order is placed we will send you the booking details confirming your order details, fitting appointment and order reference number.
