Blackcircles.com is currently seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing, PR and Outreach Executive to support the business’s next phase of growth. Working closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Lead, this person will play a key role in the execution of industry-leading marketing campaigns and creative content strategies, cementing Blackcircles.com as the provider of choice for consumers.

The right candidate for this role will be an organised and creative individual with proven experience in digital marketing campaigns, PR and outreach activity. They will have the ability to create relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and evaluate the best partnership opportunities for the business. The right person for the Digital Marketing, PR and Outreach Executive role will understand the best ways to generate meaningful coverage and content while ensuring all business objectives are achieved.

Working with internal marketing and design teams, the right candidate must have an eye for detail and experience in creating high quality materials for external publication. This individual will have the drive, creativity and persistence required to not only meet, but to exceed agreed targets, and will constantly look for new and innovative ways to ensure Blackcirlces.com is at the forefront of content and media creation in the UK.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Content Production:

• Suggest content types and channels to help deliver Blackcirles campaign targets
• Support Marketing Team on cross channel content production where necessary
• Deliver work to Digital Marketing and Social Lead. Gather approval and feedback
• Deliver work to internal stakeholders
• Maintain high quality control throughout the process

Outreach activity:

• Identify relevant media contacts for Blackcircles messaging
• Develop opportunities for partnerships for existing and new audiences
• Sourcing new opportunities for organic partnerships across various customer facing channels
• Develop relationships with tyre manufacturers alongside the Digital Marketing and Social Lead
• Support Digital Marketing and Social Lead on campaign execution and organisation with all stakeholders
• Use social and media monitoring tools to identify and communicate key topics for coverage
• Report on overall success of outreach campaigns
• Create standardised reporting for campaigns and outreach activity for internal stakeholders
• Monitor outreach results and proactively highlight opportunities


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
• Assisting with testing and analysis of projects to ensure releases are stable, robust and bug-free
• Provide real-time, digital support to the wider marketing and growth teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and achieve company goals
• Support in the maintenance and updates of the website

Key Personal Criteria

• 1-2 years experience within the PR and marketing field
• Previous experience in marketing execution, stakeholder management and relationship building
• Experience in content or website management is desirable
• Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing or related discipline but not a pre-requisite
• A high level of attention to quality, detail and accuracy is required
• Proven track record of working with partners to achieve project successes
• Confident to work from own initiative
• Proactive attitude
• Track record of day-to-day delivery capability in a fast paced and autonomous environment.
• B2C experience would therefore be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and prioritise workflows when ad hoc tasks are introduced
