"I've used them before for tyres. MOTs and servicing for the family's cars and always had good service. This time I wanted the winter tyres fitted to steel wheels off the car and then put on the car, with the original alloys & factory fitted tyres put in the boot. All my requirements carried out to the letter and (in spite of being very busy) on time."

"I was booked in at 8.00am. I rang the garage the previous day to make sure the tyres had arrived (on a previous order with Blackcircles, the tyres had not been delivered). For this occasion, I was asked to delay until 8.30am, as someone else was also booked for 8.00am. When I arrived at 8.30am, I was informed that it would take longer as the other person had only just arrived (25 mins late for their appointment time). Frustrating! "

"A bit disorganised, had to call twice to ask if the car was ready and was told they?d call me back when it was. Eventually I just went there to find that it was ready and had been for a while. I also left instructions to swap the front and rear wheels when the tyres had been fitted - that didn?t happen, although the manager apologised and said I could return and have them swapped at any time. Overall ok, not great."
