Arrived to 4 sleeping workers, non communicative once awake. Just grunts. One man then did the job. While the rest were either sleeping on the old tyres, or being loud and obnoxious. The man doing the job spent the majority of the next 40min texting on his phone. Incredibly unprofessional operation.
