I got two front tyres replaced and the customer service was excellent! As are the tyres. I would happily have given 5 stars but there was no mention of the free brake check, Free tracking check, Free winter check, and the nitrogen inflation that I requested when booking through the Black Circle website. Not a major issue as the car is booked in for a major service soon anyway . Purchasing the tyres via blackcircles.com has certainly helped on cost, thank you!
