To meet the needs of riders, Bridgestone have developed the Battlax BT-016 PRO with a 3 layer compound technology - this works to provide riders with enhanced longevity along with reliable and safe cornering performance.
The Silica Rich Ex compound selected by Bridgestone in the construction of the Battlax BT-016 PRO helps to deliver strong grip even when tackling wet and miserable road conditions. The compound reduces warm up time as well.
An effective blend of silica throughout the tread compound means that the tyre remains flexible and improves the contact the tyre has with the road surface.
What are summer tyres?
Summer tyres are specifically designed for warm weather conditions, particularly during the summer season. This type of tyre performs best when in seasons with warmer temperatures - above 7°C.
How does a summer tyre perform better in summer?
