Kumho Tyres Test

Using our tyre experience and our customer feedback, we have pulled together some information on a selection of the Kumho tyre range we sell to give you a guide on the best tyre to suit your driving habits.

Black Circles stock a complete range of Kumho tyres to suit your vehicle and your driving style. Contact our customer service team for impartial advice on 0845 200 0022.

Kumho 769

Kumho is another hidden quality offering in the industry. We rate this tyre above such competitors as Firestone and Dunlop. Kumho sponsor a number of racing events on the track aswell as rallying across the world. The Kumho 769 has recently been awarded the original equipment contract for the Volkswagen Polo. We like the performance of the 769 and see it as a cheaper alternative to our about town favourite the Pirelli P6000. We cant really say anything bad about the Kumho 769 tyres, they are cheap, extremely high quality and will last you for a long time. Need we say any more.

Kumho Ecsta

At one time this was our favourite tyre by a mile. It ticks all the boxes; it is cheap, it lasts for ages, it looks great and it drives really comfortably. The Kumho Ecsta has been caught up in recent years by other manufacturers, in particular Chinese and Japanese companies. We fully expect Kumho to produce another piece of genius with their next performance tyre release, but until then we are quite happy to endorse the top of class Kumho Ecsta. If you are looking to spend a bit more you may consider a Toyo Proxes or a Falken.

Special Offers

Blackcircles constantly offer excellent deals across a range of different tyre sizes, so please check our latest tyre deals on our Special Offers page. Do you know that on some vehicles it is possible to fit a different brand of tyre from what is currently on the car, you may find a different brand suits your budget and driving style better – so it’s always worth investigating. However some vehicle manufacturers do recommend that you keep the same brand of tyres that originally came on the vehicle as they have worked with the tyre manufacturers to develop vehicle specific fitments to improve the vehicle’s performance.

If you are at all unsure whether you can change brand, please call our customer service team on 0845 200 0022 who will be able to let you know whether there are any alternative brands for your vehicle. Don’t forget that Blackcircles remain independent and we pride ourselves on offering our customers impartial advice on tyres.special.gif
