1. You have no garage in my area? I know you have a Blackcircles.com fitting garage for tyres

Not all of our Blackcircles.com fitters are currently enlisted in our servicing programme. If you cannot find a convenient garage through our search tool then please call 0845 4500 480 and speak to one of our customer service operatives.

2. My vehicle registration is not recognised

If your vehicle registration is not recognised by our system it may mean that we cannot service your vehicle. Please call 0845 4500 480 and speak to one of our customer service operatives who will check on this for you.

3. The details for my vehicle are incorrect

If your vehicle registration is incorrect please call 0845 4500 480 and speak to one of our customer service operatives who will look into this for you.

4. The service that I want is not shown on your site

The services that we are currently able to offer through our garages in your area are all shown on our site. We are always keen to learn of additional services that our customers may be interested in, if you would take two minutes to email us at servicing@blackcircles.com to highlight what you would have liked, we will make sure we consider this in the future.

6. Do you price match – I have found someone else who can do it cheaper

Our online price is the most competitive price that we can currently offer.

7. Can I get a service done today / quicker?

The times that we offer online are a reflection of the availability of the parts and the garages ability to complete your order. There may be an alternative, more convenient date in the future. We are working to improve the speed at which we can offer servicing to our customers and advances in this will be shown on our website.

8. No service is available for the time I want – can I get the service done earlier / later that day?

The times reflected on the website are a reflection of the garages ability to complete the work on your vehicle. If you would like the job to be completed earlier or later that day then please call 0845 4500 480 and speak to one of our customer service operatives who will contact the garage.

9. What time should I show up at the garage – it only says am / pm

If you have an “am” booking, then please arrive at the garage as near to 9am as possible and no later than 9.30 am. If you have a “pm” booking, please arrive at the garage as near to 12 noon as possible and no later than 1pm. This will allow suitable time to complete your service. Please speak to the garage directly about suitable arrangements for collecting your vehicle.

10. What time should I show up at the garage to collect my car

Each service can take different times depending on the option selected and the vehicle, please speak with the garage directly about suitable arrangements for collecting your vehicle when you arrive for your booking.

11. What do I need to take with me to the garage?

Please take with you relevant paperwork from your Blackcircles.com email confirmations. Please also take with you your service schedule for the vehicle that is being serviced.

12. What is the phone number for the garage so that I can speak to them about my requirements?

13. I also want tyres, how can I organise those?

Please call our Tyre Sales team on  0845 6202 000 and press option #1. Explain that you have a service planned and we will arrange for your tyres to arrive in time for your fitting. All servicing requests must be completed through our online ordering system and cannot be completed by Blackcircles.com tyre specialists.

14. I also want to have some additional work done to my car, can I speak to the garage about this or do I order through you?

The initial service must be ordered through us, if you have additional requirements then we can contact the garage on your behalf to request additional quotes. Anything over and above the services provided on our site must be agreed between you and the garage. Blackcircles.com does not accept liability for any work completed through direct agreements between our customers and our fitting partners, see our terms and conditions for full details.

15. The price on the first page (lowest price) is not at the garage that I want – why?

Hourly labour rates can vary from garage to garage, all parts supplied to each garage are identical and do not differ in price in any way.

16. Can I pay the garage when I turn up?

The transaction for your service required must be completed through the Blackcircles.com website in order to take advantage of our competitive prices. If you have additional requirements then we can contact the garage on your behalf to request additional quotes. Anything over and above the services provided on our site must be agreed between you and the garage. 17. I don’t want to pay until I am happy the service has been completed

All work completed by our garages is covered within the terms and conditions and is completed to the highest standard. If you are not happy in any way with the service that you have received then please contact 0845 4500 480 and speak to one of our customer service operatives.

18. Can I arrange for an MOT at the same time at that garage?

19. What confirmation do I receive?

You will receive an immediate email on receipt of payment confirming to you that we have received your order and are finalising the details with the garage requested. Once we have full confirmation we will send an additional email with your receipt and full information on directions to the garage 48 hours before your service. Please take these details with you to the garage so that they can complete your service. If you do not receive some or any of these emails, then please contact us on 0845 4500 480 and speak to one of our customer service operatives as it may mean that there is an issue with your order.
