A New Look For Blackcircles.com
As you may have already noticed, Blackcircles.com has had a makeover.
For the past few months members of our online and marketing teams have been working tirelessly to deliver a top notch, user friendly, informative online experience for all our customers.
Richard Rankin, Marketing Services & Ecommerce Manager, who headed up the new website project, had this to say at the launch: “After lots of hard work, it’s very gratifying to confirm that we’re finally up and running with the new website. Along with a general overhaul of the overall look and feel we’ve made some great steps forward developing key areas of the site”.
This hasn’t just been a one-department show however, as well as our tyre experts working hard to write up as much information on specific tyre models as possible, nearly every member of staff was pulled in to help with testing before the site went live. It’s truly been a massive team effort.
When asked for a few words, Michael Welch, Blackcircles.com’s Managing Director and founder responded by saying, “I’m delighted with what the guys have developed. The site is looking great and is a lot easier to get to grips with. This is an important step for us and shows our ongoing commitment to improve our customer’s online experience. I’m confident that everyone will find our new website a lot easier to use and that their experience with Blackcircles.com will be better than ever”.
As this is a change from the old, we are very keen to receive feedback from our customers, telling us what you think. We’ve done our best to weed out as many teething problems that occur when something new is put in place, but if you spot something you think we’ve missed, get in touch and let us know.
