Nissan Concept car rides on Unique Kumho Eco tyres at Geneva Show
The Nissan Qazana, the new concept car being debuted at the Geneva motor show, rides on unique, ultra low rolling resistance tyres, created by Kumho. Optimum driving economy and minimum Co2 emissions are ensured by using cutting edge design tools. Using nano materials to ensure ultra low rolling resistance with sacrificing grip in the wet or tyre wear. The tyres tread profile and side wall have been optimised to ensure a combination of enhanced off road ability and exceptional on road handling.
Frequently a provider of prototype tyres for the concept cars of the world’s major motor manufacturers Kuhmo’s managing director Roger Jenkins believes, “Concept vehicles are great platforms for inspiration – a commodity we should make the most of, particularly in these difficult times for the automotive industry…the ideal platform to demonstrate the considerable portfolio of skills and invention we can share with the motor industry.”
