How Black Circles works...

This is really easy to do. Go out to the car and check the number written on the side of the tyre/s you are looking to replace (click here to view an example). We will give you the choice of 'fully fitted' (an appointment service at a local garage) or a 'mail order' service.

At this point you have a choice. You can either call 0845 200 0022 and quote the tyre size you have noted or you can enter the size into our online facility.

After entering your tyre size or speaking to one of our team, you will be given some brand options in your tyre size.
In some sizes we offer lots of brand options. Use our 'Good, Better, Best' guide to help make your mind up (all the tyres we sell are of a strict quality and standard and are under manufacturers warranty, our rating system is our opinion based on all round performance, life expectancy and general value for money).

Once you have made your tyre choice click continue. We will ask you for your postcode which then enables us to advise you which of our tyre fitting centres is closest to you (all our fitting locations are partner garages who are vetted and fully insured to carry out work for us).
Select your most convenient location from the list of garages we offer you. This ensures the tyres you have chosen will be waiting for you when you turn up for your appointment.

Our Shopping Trolley screen gives you a review of your order information so far. Detailed here will be your tyre size, brand and quantity, your garage choice and the total all inclusive price for the job. If you want to save your quote you can do so here. You can also change the garage or change the tyres you have chosen.
If you are happy to continue with your booking click on the purchase button.

Fill in your booking information. At this stage you can select your appointment date and time. We have partnerships in place with rewards companies including AirMiles and Shell; you can enter your reward card number here and receive points with your purchase.
Finally, to complete your booking we require payment for your order using either a credit or debit card.

Once your order has been placed we will send you your booking details confirming your appointment instructions, order details and reference number. We also include some handy contact information if you need to speak to anyone before your job takes place. All you now need to do is turn up at the fitting centre you have selected on the time and date you have chosen and your tyres will be fitted. You then simply drive away with nothing more to pay.
