  1. Swinton Cash back offer is valid for customers who obtain a car insurance quote from www.swinton.co.uk between 1st March 2013 and 31st March 2013 using the promotional code PMWTEM779 and purchase the policy with promotional code PMWTEM779. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  2. A cheque in the name of the first name policy holder for £75 will be sent by Swinton to the address of the policy holder after 90 days of the policy commencement date.
  3. In order to be eligible for the Swinton cash back offer, the policy must be in force 90 days after the policy commencement date.
  4. If the cash back is sent and the policy cancelled within 12 months of inception, Swinton has the right to deduct a proportionate amount of cash back from any refund due, or recover the amount from you.
  5. The Swinton cash back offer is not available to be used in conjunction with any other offer and Swinton may withdraw this offer at any time.
