In 2006 Toyo tested their Proxes R888 track day tyre on a Porsche 924 at the Oulton Park race track. The Porsche 924 was monitored over 4 flying laps (with other vehicles on the track). Over the first 3 laps the lap times were:

• Lap 1: 132.289 secs
• Lap 2: 127.879 secs
• Lap 3: 132.514 secs
• Lap 4:  ???.?? secs
