Fantastic Customer Service with regular calls letting me know of a slight delay in delivery of my tyres (only be an hour or so). Wasn't expecting this as with Internet only services you tend not to get this sort of service!

I called in the Garage the day before I was booked in to drop the wheel off, so that they could fit the tyre at their convenience the next day. The tyre had been delivered so they fitted it there and then.

This is a great service, and I understand why 2-days is needed from order to delivery. Are you considering the option of: orders recieved before midday can be collected next working day? I have run flat tyres. having to wait 2 days is a bit of a problem.

Exelent service,easy to use web site to find the tyre you want without the presure you sometimes get at a tyre fitting depot "you rearly want a better tyre at a higher price"the advantage to be able to go on line night or day to shop for tyres .When going to get your tyres fitted you can relax, drive in sit down have your tyres fitted sign for the fitting and drive off.

Whilst I don't expect to be entered into your competition as I live most of my life in France so had to get my four new tyres fitted during a recent 48 hour visit to the UK. It is, however, great to be able to say you more than lived up to the recommendations I'd had from friends including the friendly assistance on the telephone as well as effecting a saving of well over 50% on local quotations. I feel that there is an enormous market place if you could get into the French market - certainly the locals down here are horrified at what they have spent relative to my modest investment.

This is the first time I have used blackcircles and it was so nice to be able to choose and research my tyres before purchasing. My usual experience is you turn up at a garage and they check what tyres they have in stock for your wheel and then they make a recommendation based on that. No chance to compare prices / check tyre specs etc. Blackcircles was a joy to deal with and I certainly will be back when I've worn down these... in the nicest possible way, hopefully not too soon! :)

Another great service from BC. My mother had a puncture a long way from her home but near mine, 10 mins on the computer later I had the car booked into my village garage through BC and the tyre replaced a couple of days later. The garage even fitted the new tyre and wheel in place of the spacesaver and put the spacesaver back in the boot tidily without being asked to do so.

Simply brilliant. I used the mobile fitter and for an extra tenner its well worth it. It only took the chap 45mins to fit (I had already removed the locking wheel nuts for him) and he did it whilst my wife could get on with jobs at home. Great care was taken as always during the fitting and hidden weights were used so the look of the alloys weren't spolied. Lavenda Motors did the mobile fitting and I can't recommend Black Circles highly enough. I will be back!

Everything that was supposed to happen happened! Ordering online, confirmation of price and fitting details was all done very quickly. Very impresssed, hassel free and good value. I oredered 3 tryes, when I took my car to the garage to get them fitted the mechanics felt that only 2 needed to be changed. This was the first time I had used Black Circles, overall this was an excellent experience and one I am more than happy to recommend. I know my local fitting centre and was delighted to be able to use them for the works. The tyres are great, they are for a 1972 Austin 1300 and not all that easy to source for a 12 " rim (see some big name websites for reality of this). Well done everyone.

In the last few months we have had 12 tyres fitted to the 3 cars in our household - 8 were fitted at our usual tyre fitters, who we will not be using again, as the service was dreadful. I came across blackcircles on the internet and decided to give it a try, opting for the tyres (on our Ford), to be fitted by a local Vauxhall main dealer. Service, I have to say was brilliant and overall it was just a much better and more relaxed way to get your tyres changed. My wife hates going into fast-fit tyre & exhaust depot's, but said she would be more than happy to bring her car here for tyres again. We will definitely use blackcircles again and will tell our friends and family about it as well.

My wife took the car in by herself, and was not looking forward to the experience as it was not the usual tyre fitting place that we have used previously. However, she was pleased to find the fitting centre was efficient and clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful, even though she had arrived late for her appointment. The car was quickly worked on, and returned with the locking wheel tools neatly and correctly stowed. My wife felt very comfortable dealing with the company. Being totally ignorant about cars, I am always wary that I get ripped off, so was glad when a few of my colleagues recommeded the Black Circles website, when I needed 4 new tyres. The website was really easy to use and the tyres were VERY competitively priced (a lot cheaper than I could find anywhere else). I had already shopped around for the best price and I had spoken to the fitting centre I have used for the last 20 years (whom I trust implicitly), but my tyres were either too expensive everywhere or unavailable (Michelin had them on back order). Then I found blackcircles.com. The price was £100 lower than everybody else, the web site was simple to use, I was able to select the same fitting centre (which for me was extremely important!) and the tyres were available for fitting within a couple of days. To be frank, I was gobsmacked at how simple and efficient the whole process was. I even received a phone call from blackcircles around 2-3 hours after I had placed my order to confirm that all was in place and that the tyres would arrive the day before they were due to be fitted. I have already praised blackcircles.com to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Fabulous, just fabulous!

A representative made great efforts to keep me informed when the tyres I had ordered went temporarily out of stock. Awesome customer service, booked slot wasn't available but phoned up and had it rearranged within 48hrs. Garage faultless, was fully booked up so really busy and still turned around in 45mins including tracking, which was extra but very reasonable. Very nice waiting room refreshments available, comfy seating, up to date magazines and even free Wi-Fi.

I was a bit cautious as to whether to use your website as your prices looked too good! I called one of your advisor's who took my order and promptly emailed me with the confirmation. I have my tyre fitted at a garage close to my office and was greeted with polite staff there.

Just thought I would let you know I have just had my tyres fitted. The whole service has been a wonderful experience!
As a woman I get very nervous about taking my car into garage's for work to be done etc because I generally feel intimidated. But I need to tell you that you guy's and the guy's at the garage have been excellent.
My first encounter was with Paul on the end of the telephone line, he was most helpful. My tyres were a little difficult to find but he found them, got them delivered AND rang me back when he said he would, which I must point out is quite rare these days! He explained how everything would work and booked me in.
I drove up to the garage this morning and the 2 mechanics were standing ready to deal with me. They steered me into the correct position and immediately got to work. They were both chatty and friendly.
At no time did I feel uneasy or intimidated.
I will most definitely be using your services again, out with Kwik-Fit and in with BlackCircles.com !!
