Are your prices all inclusive?

Yes. The price you see quoted is the final price you pay fully fitted. This is in contrast to the majority of our competitors who quote you for the tyre only, and then add on the valve, fitting, balancing and sometimes the VAT later. When you are collecting quotes from different companies always ensure you are being quoted the total and final price. Our mail order price is subject to a small delivery fee that is calculated at the checkout.

Where can I get the tyres fitted?

We offer a fully fitted service. This means once you have selected a garage location from the list, we ensure that the tyres are ready and waiting for you when you turn up on your pre-selected appointment date.

Do I have to organise my own fitting?

No, we look after the whole process. The Black Circles network is 100% vetted and monitored to ensure our service standards are at a premium. MaxPowerTyreshop.com would never dream of leaving you to arrange your own fitting, this would lead to a variable quality of service and potential insurance risk.

When is the next time I can get my tyres fitted?

This is dependable on the time of the week and your location. Our system will give you a number of options once you have confirmed your tyre and fitting information. We can usually get you booked in for the following day. However this may vary.

How do I know what my tyre size is?

It´s easier than you may think. Printed on the side of your tyre you will find a series of numbers. They will look something like this 205/55 R16 88V. Write down these numbers and enter them into the search box on our front page.

What happens once I place my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email informing you that your transaction is being processed. Then once your card payment details have been verified and the appointment booked you will receive an email confirmation with your order details (order number, tyre brand and size, fitting date and time, and a map link with directions to the garage). If you do not receive any email communication from us once you have placed the order, or if your booking confirmation email has not arrived the day before your fitting date, then please let us know on 0845 200 0022 or email info@blackcircles.com.

What happens once I get to the garage?

When you arrive at the garage for your appointment, all you need is your order number (which will read something like BC012345) – just quote this number to the garage upon your arrival and your tyres will be fitted for you.

Mail order times

If you order your tyres and choose mail order delivery instead of the fully fitted option, your tyres will usually be delivered the next day if ordered before 3pm the previous day.

Why are our prices so competitive?

As every tyre we sell is shipped in from our hubs when your order is placed, we do not have to pay out vast sums of money for warehousing. We choose not to keep this saving for ourselves but pass it onto you, the customer.
